”حياتك بأيدك“ مبادرة تنموية بامتياز من بنك مياب
يرتاد المئات من الأشخاص بشكل يومي طريق الزهراني السريع المؤدي الى منطقة النبطية وحاصبيا ومرجعيون وغيرها من المناطق الحدودية.
تعتبر هذه الطريق غير آمنة للسائقين بسبب الحُفر والأضرار الكثيرة المنتشرة على طول الطريق، فتحولت إلى ”مسار الموت“، تخطف أرواح الناس بشكل شبه يومي.
وبمبادرة تنموية وإنسانية بامتياز، وقّع بنك مياب ممثلا بالسيد عباس حجيج - نائب المدير العام - مع بلدية حبّوش مذكرة جاء فيها أن” بنك مياب يأخذ على عاتقه مسؤولية إعادة تأهيل هذه الطريق والمساهمة في تحسين كافة وسائل السلامة المرورية وعلامات المرور الخاصة بالتنبيه والتوجيه المقترحة من قبل البلدية“، على أمل تفادي تكرار الحوادث السابقة.
بما ان التغيير والخدمة الاجتماعية لا تكتملان الا من خلال جهود حثيثة ومتواصلة يجب أن تطال كافة أنحاء البلاد، قرر بنك مياب التوسع في المبادرة لتتحوّل إلى حملة توعية، من خلال أساور حملت عنوان ”حياتك بأيدك“ يتم توزيعها في كافة فروعنا للموظفين والعملاء بهدف نشر التوعية العامة.
على أمل ان تساهم هذه المبادرة من بنك مياب في حماية حياة المواطنين وأن تشكل حافزاً مشجعاً لباقي المؤسسات والهيئات والجمعيات في لبنان للعمل بالمثل في سبيل الخدمة الاجتماعية.

“Your life is in your hand”, is a distinguished development initiative from MEAB bank
Hundreds of people attend daily the Zahrani Highway leading to Nabatiyeh, Hasbaya, Marjayoun and other border areas.
This road is unsafe for drivers because of the many trenches and damage along the way, turning into a “path of death”, taking lives almost daily.
On a developmental and humanitarian initiative, MEAB bank, represented by Mr. Abbas Hejeij - Deputy General Manager, with Habboush Municipality, signed a memorandum stating that “MEAB bank takes responsibility for the rehabilitation of this road and to contribute to improving all traffic safety and traffic signs” , hoping to avoid repeating the previous incidents.
Moreover, because change and community service are ongoing efforts that must extend to the entire country, MEAB bank extended the initiative to an awareness campaign, through customized “حياتك بأيدك” bracelets and it has been distributed to staff and customers.
Hopefully, this initiative with protect the lives of the people of our community and drive other institutions and Organizations to act as well In the hope that this good initiative will contribute to the protection of citizens' lives and will be an encouraging incentive for other institutions, bodies and associations in Lebanon to work similarly for social service.
